[virtual] Myofascial Release

One Sunday a month join me on zoom for an exploration of the foundational principles of movement therapy and enhance your range of motion and myofascial mobility.  Long held yin yoga postures using an array of props, and myofascial release techniques, are guided by breathwork for practitioners of all levels to release tension and soothe the nervous system. This class is joined by the occasional supplements of sound bath singing bowls, candle light, and/or seasonal intention setting practices.
