The perfect compliment to our regular Sumits practice.

Yin (passive) Yoga - the opposite of Yang (active) Yoga - is a deep, quiet practice targeting the connective tissue, fascia, and joints. Made up of floor postures in extended holds, Yin Yoga focuses on turning inward, and helps to promote flexibility and healthier joints.
