An abbreviated version of the Sumits Yoga 80-minute class. This 60 minute HOT yoga class is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. Combining traditional standing postures with a flow sequence. It will be the same every time.
We offer this class for those times of the day that you need to get in your yoga practice in shorter timeframe. However, we do recommend that you also take the traditional 80 minute class when your schedule allows.
