Joanna Smith, LAC, E-RYT 500
Joanna weaves together mindfulness, movement, and healing in everything she offers. With over a decade of teaching experience and a deep foundation in trauma-informed care, she creates inclusive spaces where students feel safe to explore, soften, and reconnect. Joanna invites others to remember their wholeness and move from a place of authenticity and grace.
Hanna Naegle, E-RYT 500, FRCms
Hanna started practicing yoga with her mom nearly 20 years ago, and began teaching in 2009. Yoga has served as a tool for deep healing and a path to a healthy and positive relationship with her body. As someone passionate about participation over perfection, Hanna strives to make practice possible for any practitioner through intentional sequencing, detailed alignment, and clear instructions.
Retreat Details
Dates: August 15–17, 2025
Location: Gila Wilderness, New Mexico (exact location provided upon paid registration)
Accommodations:
Rooms are rustic with limited furnishings.
Choose between a private room with a double bed (up to two people sharing a bed) or a single bed in a shared room that has three beds (no bed sharing).
All bathrooms are shared, there are three in the lodge.
Investment:
$900 per individual in a private room early bird rate, $1,000 regular rate.
$1,350 per pair, if sharing a bed in a private room early bird rate, $1,550 regular rate.
$750 per individual in the shared room early bird rate, $850 regular rate.
Early bird rate ends May 15, 2025.
$250 nonrefundable deposit is due upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date (July 15).

What to Expect:
Morning and evening daily yoga classes, meditation + breathwork, a sound bath, plenty of time to soak in the hot springs, absorb the beautiful outdoors, and be in community.
Yoga classes will take place primarily outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather. August is typically in the 80s during the day and low 60s at night.
Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need.
The retreat will occur rain or shine, so prepare accordingly!
Transportation and Parking:
Parking is available on-site.
To minimize environmental impact and encourage connection, we suggest carpooling or organizing a caravan with fellow participants.

Cancellations & Refunds
All retreats require pre-payment at the time of booking. Due to limited capacity of our yoga retreats, the following is our refund policy.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds less the nonrefundable deposit are available up to 60 days prior to the retreat (June 15).
After July 15, no refunds will be issued. However, participants may transfer their payments to another individual if they need to cancel.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat should there be extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including if our minimum number of attendees have not been met.
If the retreat is reschedule or cancelled for any reason by the facilitators, you will have three options available to you:
Transfer your booking to the rescheduled date.
Receive a credit for the amount you have paid towards a future retreat with Hanna and/or Joanna (MVMT.CO, PLLC).
A full refund of the amount paid.
Note that we can only refund fees paid for our retreat services. We are not responsible for any cancellation fees to airlines or any other agreements made by guests with outside operators.
